Kurze mobile Verladerampe, Serie RM

Application:
Warehouses and Logistics Centres

Don’t operate the ramp until its working zone is clear of people and goods.

Do not drive fork lift on the ramp unless the lip is securely on the truck bed and has a minimum of 250 mm overlap on its surface.

Do not operate the ramp beyond its rated capacity. The permissible load corresponds to the total weight of the fork lift with the load and the driver.

Don’t lift the mobile ramp with goods lying on it.

After the loading/unloading operations completed put the ramp into the stored position.

Don’t turn off the power from control unit during the whole loading/unloading cycle (for mobile ramps with hydraulic drive).

Do not exceed 4 kmph when driving over the ramp.

Don’t drive the forklift on the ramp until you are sure the lip is securely on the truck bed (for mobile ramps with hydraulic drive).

Make sure the WORK button is pressed, and the power switch of the control unit is ON during the whole loading/unloading cycle. Otherwise the hydraulic pump may be damaged (for mobile ramps with hydraulic drive).

Prior to operation take off the shipping fasteners. Attention! During loading/unloading operation the ramp with hydraulic drive and ramp with support on the trailer bed automatically follows the trailer bed height fluctuation. The ramp without support on the trailer bed has a lip which follows the truck bed movement (maximum deviation from the horizon is ±100 mm).

DoorHan mobile yard ramps can only be used with forklifts having inflatable wheels. Don’t drive hydraulic trolleys and loaders with polyurethane wheels having high point load onto the ramp.

Additional Information print

All the DoorHan products are loaded with hydraulic crane or fork-lift truck with 2 m long forks. Customer or installer is recommended to use similar equipment. When lifting with crane or other lifting device use slings of corresponding lifting capacity.

Warranty print

DoorHan warrants the shortened yard ramp to operate properly for a period of 1 year from purchase date for retail orders and for 2 years from purchase date for dealer orders.
