Advantages
Lightweight construction panel
Due to mineral wool insulation, roof and wall sandwich panels are light. The load on the supporting structures is reduced and it becomes possible to erect buildings on a lightweight foundation, which significantly reduces the cost of its manufacture.
Ease and speed of installation
The connection of the sandwich panels is carried out in the lock. The special configuration of the "Roof-lock" lock provides a high fit and facilitates quick and accurate docking of panels, which greatly speeds up and simplifies installation. Structures from such sandwich panels, unlike concrete and brick structures, can be easily dismantled, transported and assembled elsewhere.
High physical and mechanical properties
DoorHan's high-tech production and premium quality raw materials guarantee high compressive, tensile, shear / shear strength; resistance to deformation and compressibility.
Full production cycle
The production of materials for wall and roof sandwich panels is carried out entirely at the enterprises of the DoorHan. Own lines for painting rolled steel and producing mineral wool allow us to produce products in the shortest possible time.
Saving usable space
The small thickness of the panels with high thermal insulation performance can significantly increase the internal usable area of the building.
Product quality control
The most modern laboratory and production equipment, own enterprises for the production of materials for sandwich panels, as well as highly qualified employees allow us to control product quality at all stages of production.
High fire resistance
With a thickness of 120 mm or more, the fire resistance of the panels is EI 150, which allows them to be used as fireproof partitions.
Certificate for use in buildings of group A-B
DoorHan sandwich panels comply with the unified sanitary-epidemiological and hygienic requirements. Can be used for the construction of medical institutions and buildings for any purpose type A-B.
Long service life
The period of effective operation of building sandwich panels with mineral wool insulation for 50 years has been confirmed.
Complete range from one manufacturer
Thanks to a wide range of products, we can complete any construction site with all the necessary equipment (doors, technical and refrigeration doors, handling equipment, stained-glass structures, etc.).

Installation
Mounting Options
General requirements for the installation of sandwich panels
1. The gripping of the panel is carried out in such a way that the panel is in balance. The mounted panel should be lifted smoothly, without jerks, rocking and rotation, using braces attached to the ends of the panel, while it is necessary to fasten a safety (safety) belt around the panel before lifting it.
2. Installation work using various devices must be carried out in compliance with current safety standards and regulations.
3. Slinging of panels to be mounted should be carried out in the places specified in the project for the production of works, and ensure their lifting and supply to the installation site in a position close to the design one.
4. The panels should be lifted in two stages: first, lift the panel to a height of no more than 20-30 cm from the level of the site on which the fixtures were installed, and after checking the reliability of the slinging, to the design mark. Immediately before installing the panel in the design position, it is necessary to remove the safety straps and mount the panel held by the fixtures.
5. To prevent accidental fall of the panel during lifting, it is necessary to install safety straps around the panel. To do this, it is recommended to use textile slings of the appropriate length and load capacity, equipped with mounting carabiners.
6. When moving, tilting, feeding panels for installation, it is necessary to exclude significant deflections and deformations of the locks, which leads to loose adjoining of the panels to each other.
7. For assembly cutting of panels, hand-held electric circular saws or jigsaws with a fine tooth profile are used. Do not use angle grinders to cut panels. In the case of a small amount of cutting, a hand saw can be used, proceeding as follows: both surfaces of the metal sheathing are sawn separately, and the mineral wool remaining in the gap is cut with a knife or saw.

2. The durability of sandwich panels depends primarily on the corrosiveness of the environment in which they are operated. In this regard, the durability of sandwich panels with standard surface finishes, operated in a normal industrial environment, is 10 years.
